Butterscotch Pie
Butterscotch Pie is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. pie mix, 1/2 c. sugar, 2 egg yolks, 2 c. milk and 1 tbsp. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mix pie mix and sugar together in a saucepan. Beat egg yolks and 1/2 cup milk together and slowly add to dry mixture. Blend well.
When mixture is smooth and well mixed, add remaining 1 1/2 cups milk.
Blend thoroughly.
Cook, stirring constantly, over medium heat until mixture thickens and starts to boil.
Remove from heat. Add butter.
Pour into prepared pie crust. Top with meringue and brown in oven.
