Butterscotch No-Bake Bars
Butterscotch No-Bake Bars is an moderately easy dinner you can prepare in just 50 minutes. Made with c. crushed graham crackers, c. cut up walnuts, c. flaked coconut, c. miniature marshmallows and eggs, beaten slightly, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Mix together crackers, walnuts, coconut and marshmallows in large bowl.
In double boiler, or heavy saucepan, cook eggs, sugar and butter until it bubbles.
Cool until almost cold, then mix with graham cracker mixture.
Press in a 9 x 13-inch greased pan. Cool.
