Butterscotch Krispies
Butterscotch Krispies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. light karo syrup, 1 c. sugar, 1 c. peanut butter, 6 c. rice krispies and 6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Over medium heat, bring Karo syrup and sugar to a boil. Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter.
Pour over Rice Krispies and mix.
Pat into buttered 9 x 13-inch pan.
Combine chocolate and butterscotch chips and melt in top of double boiler. Spread over Rice Krispies.
Let set and cut into squares.
