Butterscotch Fudge
Butterscotch Fudge is an easy dinner. Made with 2 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch flavored morsels, 1/2 c. crunchy style peanut butter, 2/3 c. sweetened condensed milk and 1/2 c. chopped pecans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Combine morsels and peanut butter in top of double boiler. Place over hot (not boiling) water until morsels melt.
Remove from water and stir until blended.
Add milk and stir until blended. Spread in foil lined 8-inch square pan.
Press chopped nuts into fudge.
Cut into 1-inch squares when firm.
