Butterscotch Fudge
Butterscotch Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 2/3 c. evaporated milk, 1/4 c. butter and 1/4 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Foil line an 8-inch pan.
Spread 1/2 cup walnuts evenly; set aside.
In heavy pan, combine marshmallow, sugar, evaporated milk, butter and salt.
Bring to full boil, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat.
Add butterscotch morsels; stir until morsels melt. Stir in orange and orange rind.
Pour into prepared pan.
Sprinkle with remaining walnuts.
Chill until firm (about 2 hours).
