Made with 12 oz. butterscotch chips or chocolate chips, 14 oz. sweetened condensed milk, 5 oz. can chow mein noodles and 1 c. dry roasted peanuts or almonds, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. In saucepan over low heat, melt chips with sweetened condensed milk.
In large bowl, combine chow mein noodles and peanuts.
Stir in butterscotch mixture.
Scoop up in tablespoon sized portions and drop onto waxed paper-lined baking sheets.
