Butterscotch Cookies
Butterscotch Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. self-rising flour, 1 tsp. vanilla flavoring, 1/4 c. puritan oil, 1 egg and 3 tbsp. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Heat oven to 375Β°.
Grease baking sheets well. Combine egg, water and vanilla flavoring.
Set aside.
Mix other ingredients. Blend brown sugar and oil in a large bowl at low speed.
Add eggs. Beat until smooth. Add flour in 5 parts. Scrape bowl well after each addition. Stir in butterscotch morsels. Drop by rounded teaspoonful onto sheets.
Bake 7 to 8 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool 1 minute.
Place on cooling rack.
