Butterscotch Cookies is an easy dinner. Made with 1 box chocolate cake mix, 1/2 c. vegetable oil, 2 eggs, 2 c. (12 oz. pkg.) butterscotch chips and 3/4 c. chopped nuts (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Combine cake mix, vegetable oil and eggs in large bowl.
Stir in butterscotch chips and nuts, if using.
Drop by rounded tablespoon onto ungreased baking sheets.
Bake in preheated 350Β° oven for 8 to 10 minutes or until centers are just set.
Let stand for 2 minutes; remove to wire racks to cool completely.
Makes about 3 1/2 dozen cookies.
