Butterscotch Coffee Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 1 small pkg. vanilla pudding (not instant), 2 c. milk, 1 box yellow cake mix, 1 (12 oz.) pkg. butterscotch morsels and 3/4 c. chopped pecans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Combine pudding mix and milk in medium saucepan.
Stir over medium heat until thick.
