Butterscotch Chip Cookies
Butterscotch Chip Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. butter, 2 c. sugar, 2 c. brown sugar, 4 eggs, beaten and 2 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Cream together butter, sugar and brown sugar.
Add eggs and vanilla.
Mix remaining ingredients and add to creamed mixture. Add 24 ounce bag butterscotch chips and 1 cup chopped nuts.
Place balls of dough on ungreased cookie sheet.
Always put dough on cool cookie sheet.
Bake at 375Β° for 6 minutes.
Makes 8 dozen or more.
