Butterscotch Cheesecake Bars
Butterscotch Cheesecake Bars is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (12 oz.) pkg. butterscotch morsels, 1/3 c. margarine, 2 c. graham cracker crumbs, 1 c. nuts and 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Preheat oven to 350° (325° glass pan).
Melt morsels and margarine.
Stir in crumbs and nuts.
Press 1/2 in 9 x 13-inch pan.
In large mixing bowl beat cheese until fluffy.
Mix Eagle Brand, vanilla and egg.
Pour into prepared pan and top with remaining crumb mixture.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until toothpick into center comes out clean.
Cool to room temperature and chill before cutting.
Keep refrigerated!!!
