Butterscotch Cheese Cake Bars
Butterscotch Cheese Cake Bars is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 12 oz. pkg. butterscotch morsels, 1/3 c. margarine, 2 c. graham cracker crumbs, 1 c. chopped nuts and 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Preheat oven to 325Β°.
In saucepan, melt morsels and margarine.
Stir in crumbs and nuts.
Press half the mixture into bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
In large bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy.
Add condensed milk, egg and vanilla; mix well.
Pour into prepared pan.
Top with remainder of crumb mixture.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes, until toothpick stuck in center comes out clean.
Cool to room temperature.
Chill and cut into bars.
Makes 24 bars.
Keep in refrigerator.
