Butterscotch Candy is an easy dinner. Made with 1 can shoestring potatoes, 1 can chow mein sticks (noodles), 1 jar salty peanuts and 2 bags butterscotch chips, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Melt chips in double boiler.
Mix in remaining ingredients. Stir well.
Drop by spoonful onto waxed paper.
Let set until hard.
