Buttermilk Salad is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (6 oz.) pkg. apricot or orange gelatin, 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained, 2 c. buttermilk and 1 (8 or 9 oz.) carton cool whip, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Bring pineapple to a boil in saucepan.
Stir dry gelatin into pineapple and mix until dissolved.
Chill until partially set. Stir in buttermilk.
Chill again until partially set.
