Buttermilk Salad
Buttermilk Salad is an easy dinner. Made with 1 large can crushed pineapple, 1 (6 oz.) pkg. orange or peach jello, 2 c. buttermilk, 1 (8 oz.) carton cool whip and 1 c. pecans (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Heat undrained pineapple and jello to boiling point.
Stir until jello is dissolved.
Set aside until cool.
Mix Cool Whip and buttermilk thoroughly.
Then add cooled jello mixture and pecans, if desired.
