Buttermilk Salad
Buttermilk Salad is an easy dinner. Made with 1 large can crushed pineapple (with juice), 1 large pkg. red raspberry jell-o, 2 c. buttermilk, 12 oz. container cool whip and 1 c. chopped pecans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Mix together well pineapple with juice and jello.
Put in microwave for 2 minutes to blend.
Let cool, then add buttermilk. Place in refrigerator until it starts to set.
Blend in Cool Whip and pecans.
Pour into large Pyrex dish.
