Buttermilk Salad
Buttermilk Salad is an easy dinner. Made with 2 (3 oz.) pkg. peach jell-o or 1 (6 oz.), 1 (8 1/2 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained, 2 c. buttermilk, 1 large carton cool whip and 1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Heat pineapple with Jell-O until dissolved. Cool completely. Add buttermilk, drained pineapple and Cool Whip.
Mix thoroughly. Add nuts.
Pour into a 13 x 9-inch pan and refrigerate until set. Can be used as a salad or a dessert.
Serves 10 to 12.
