Buttermilk Salad
Buttermilk Salad is an moderately easy salad you can prepare in about 1 hour 28 minutes. Made with (15 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple, c. nonfat buttermilk, c. cool whip and boxes sugar-free jello (lemon and orange), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Heat pineapple. Remove from heat and stir in dry jello mix. Let chill 10 to 15 minutes (don't let it congeal).
Add buttermilk and Cool Whip.
Stir and pour in 8 x 8-inch pan. Refrigerate until firm.
Cuts easily in lovely squares.
