Buttermilk Salad
Buttermilk Salad is an easy dinner. Made with 1 large box lemon jell-o, 20 oz. can crushed pineapple, 2 c. buttermilk, 8 oz. cool whip and 1 c. coarsely chopped pecans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Combine Jell-O and pineapple including syrup in saucepan and heat on stove until Jell-O melts.
Set aside to cool.
When cool, add buttermilk and Cool Whip, one at a time, mixing thoroughly, then add pecans.
Pour into serving dish or mold.
