Buttermilk Pie
Buttermilk Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. sugar, 6 tbsp. flour, 1 1/2 c. buttermilk, 5 eggs, beaten and 1 c. butter, melted, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Combine sugar, flour and half of buttermilk.
Add eggs and mix well.
Add remaining buttermilk.
Blend in melted butter and add vanilla.
Pour into pie crusts.
Bake in 425° oven for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350° and bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, about 30 minutes.
