Buttermilk Pie

Preheat oven to 400°.
Mix melted butter, sugar and flour. Add eggs, one at a time, and mix well.
Add buttermilk and vanilla.
Bake at 400° for 15 minutes; decrease oven temperature to 350° and bake for 30 minutes or until center is set, rises and cracks open.
Makes 2 pies.
