Buttermilk Pie
Buttermilk Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 3/4 c. sugar, 3 eggs, 1 1/4 c. buttermilk, ground cinnamon and 3 tbsp. plain flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Preheat oven to 350°.
Melt butter.
Mix sugar, flour, eggs, melted butter, buttermilk and vanilla until well blended.
Pour into two unbaked pie shells.
Sprinkle tops of both pies heavily with cinnamon.
Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
Let cool.
Pie is wonderful served warm.
