Buttermilk Pie
Buttermilk Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 stick margarine, 2 c. white sugar, 2 tbsp. flour, 4 eggs and 1 tsp. vanilla flavoring, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Preheat oven to 350°.
Defrost 2 regular (9-inch) pie shells. Combine margarine, sugar and flour.
Beat with mixer until blended.
Add to this the eggs, vanilla flavoring and buttermilk. Continue beating with mixer until well blended.
Pour equal amounts into pie shells.
Sprinkle cinnamon/sugar mixture over the top of pies.
Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.
Let cool completely before cutting.
