Buttermilk Fudge
Buttermilk Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. buttermilk, 1/2 c. butter, 2 tbsp. light corn syrup, 1 tsp. baking soda and 2 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Put first 5 ingredients in saucepan.
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until sugar is dissolved.
Cook until a soft ball is formed when dropped in cup of cold water.
Remove from heat and cool until lukewarm.
Beat until mixture loses its gloss. Stir in nuts and vanilla.
Pour in buttered 8-inch pan.
Cut into squares when firm but still warm.
