Sift cocoa, sugar and flour together in bowl.
In saucepan, bring water, oleo and oil to boil.
Pour over dry ingredients in bowl and beat until creamy.
Add buttermilk, soda and eggs.

Bake in a greased jelly roll pan at 400Β° for 8 minutes.
