Work first 6 ingredients together real good.

Make a hole in flour, then add buttermilk (enough to take up all the flour, but enough to knead a little bit).

Then put out on pastry sheet. Knead just enough to flatten with hand.

Don't overwork.

Then cut and bake at 425Β° until light brown.

When taken from oven, put butter on top and cover for 6 minutes.

Serve.
