Buttermilk Biscuits
Buttermilk Biscuits is an easy dinner. Made with self-rising flour, 1 c. buttermilk, 1 tbsp. oil and melted margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
👨🍳 Instructions
Sift flour in a big bowl and pack down in middle, leaving a hole in middle.
Pour in milk and oil.
Mix with hand slowly until thick.
Then clean hand.
Flour hand and knead over dough until it is just stiff enough to pinch off and roll up in your hand.
Place on greased baking pan and pat down with melted margarine.
Bake at 450° to 500° until brown.
