Butterhorns
Butterhorns is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 tsp. salt, 1 cake yeast, 1 c. lukewarm water, 1/4 c. sugar and 3 eggs well beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Break yeast in lukewarm water to dissolve.
Add sugar, eggs, shortening, and flour last.
Put in refrigerator overnight.
Take out portion to use and roll 1/4 inch thick.
Cut into triangles and roll towards small end.
Let stand 2 1/2 hours to raise.
Bake 15 minutes at 375Β° in oven.
