Butterhorns
Butterhorns is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. sugar, 2 eggs, beaten, 4 1/2 c. flour, 3/4 c. butter and 1 c. milk, warmed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Dissolve yeast in warm water.
Sift dry ingredients.
Cut in butter as for pie crust.
Add beaten eggs, warm milk and yeast mixture; beat well.
Do not knead.
Put in refrigerator overnight. In the morning, divide into 4 parts.
Roll out.
Spread with melted butter; sprinkle with sugar-cinnamon mixture.
Cut into 12 pie shape pieces.
Begin at wide end and roll up.
Place on greased cookie sheets.
Let rise until double.
Bake at 350Β° for 20 minutes, until brown.
Frost; sprinkle with nuts.
