Buttered Pecan Ice Cream
Buttered Pecan Ice Cream is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. chopped pecans, 3 tbsp. melted oleo, 6 eggs, 1 3/4 c. sugar and 1 can eagle brand milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Saute pecans in oleo until golden brown.
Beat eggs until fluffy, gradually adding sugar, beating until thick.
Add pudding mix and Eagle Brand milk.
Mix well.
Add milk and pecans. Finish filling freezer with milk.
Makes 1 gallon.
