Place butter in 3-quart casserole. Microwave (High) 45 to 60 seconds or until melted.
Mix in remaining ingredients except nuts.
Add nuts, stirring to coat.
Microwave (High) 7 to 9 minutes, or until butter is absorbed, stirring 2 to 3 times during cooking.
Spread on paper towel-lined baking sheet to dry.
Store nuts in tightly covered container.
