Buttered Crab
Buttered Crab is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 large crabs, 2 anchovy fillets, 1 glass white wine, 1 c. white bread crumbs and 3 tbsp. melted butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Mash anchovy fillets; work in bread crumbs and nutmeg.
Add wine and season to taste.
Then bring gently to the boil in a saucepan and simmer for 5 minutes.
Flake the meat from the crabs; mix with the melted butter and add to the hot wine mixture.
Cook gently for 4 minutes, then serve on a hot dish surrounded by strips of buttered toast.
