Buttercream Frosting is an easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. butter, 2 c. confectioners sugar, 1/2 tsp. vanilla and 2 tbsp. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

In small bowl, beat butter with an electric mixer until creamy.
Add sugar, 1/2 cup at a time, and beat well after each addition.
Add vanilla and milk.
Beat well.
This frosting can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 2 weeks. Whip again before using.
