Butterbarn Rolls
Butterbarn Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. milk, 1 yeast cake, 1 tsp. salt, 4 c. all-purpose flour and 1/2 c. shortening, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Scald milk and remove from heat.
Add shortening to milk. Combine yeast and sugar in bowl.
Add yeast mixture to lukewarm milk mixture.
Add salt and slightly beaten eggs to mixture.
Add flour and mix well.
Let rise until double in size, about 2 to 3 hours.
Place half of dough on floured board; roll into circle 1/2-inch thick.
Brush with melted butter.
Cut into 16 pie shaped wedges.
Roll each wedge beginning at round edge and place on greased pan with pointed end underneath.
Let rise again until double in size.
Bake about 15 minutes in 400Β° oven.
Makes 32 rolls.
