Butter Thin Cookies
Butter Thin Cookies is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. butter, 1 c. sugar, 4 1/2 c. flour, 3 1/2 tbsp. (or more) sweet cream and 2 egg yolks, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Cream butter, sugar and flour together until it forms little beads.
Add cream and yolks.
Mix very well.
Roll out on floured board as thin as desired.
Cut with cookie cutter.
Dip in unbeaten egg whites; sprinkle with mixture of cinnamon and sugar. Place a few chopped nuts on top (optional).
Bake at 350Β° about 10 minutes or until light brown.
