Butter Pecan Ice Cream is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 small pkg. jell-o instant pudding (butter pecan), 4 eggs, 1 large pet milk, 2 1/2 c. sugar and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Beat or blend pudding, eggs, Pet milk, sugar, salt and vanilla about 5 minutes.
Add milk.
In skillet, brown margarine and chopped pecans.
Add to other mixture.
Freeze.
Makes 1 gallon.
