Butter Pecan Cookies
Butter Pecan Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. butter, 1 tsp. vanilla, 1 c. powdered sugar, sifted, 1 c. flour and 1/8 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Cream butter until soft; add vanilla.
Add sugar gradually, beating until light and fluffy.
Sift flour; measure, then sift again, this time with salt and gradually add to sugar mixture. Add pecans and mix well.
Drop by teaspoonful onto greased cookie sheet.
Flatten with fork.
Bake at 325Β° for 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
