Butter Pecan Cake
Butter Pecan Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. margarine, 1/2 c. butter flavored crisco, 2 c. sugar, 5 egg yolks and 2 c. plain flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cream butter, Crisco and margarine.
Add sugar and egg yolks and beat well.
Add sifted flour and soda.
Add buttermilk and flavoring.
Beat well and stir in pecans.
Fold in egg whites. Pour into three greased and floured 9-inch cake pans.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
Cool and put Cream Cheese Icing on cake.
