Butter Pecan Cake
Butter Pecan Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/4 c. self-rising flour, 2/3 c. sugar, 1 c. brown sugar, 3/4 c. shortening or butter and 3 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Sift flour and sugar into a bowl and stir in brown sugar.
Add shortening and 3/4 cup milk.
Beat 2 minutes with mixer.
Add eggs and remaining milk and vanilla; beat 2 minutes more and stir in pecans.

Bake 35 to 45 minutes in a 350Β° oven.
