Butter Fancies
Butter Fancies is an easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. softened butter, 1 tbsp. milk, 1/2 tsp. vanilla, 2 c. sifted 10x (confectioners) sugar, divided and several drops food coloring (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Beat together the softened butter, milk, vanilla and 1 cup of the sugar in a medium size bowl until smooth.
Slowly beat in 1 additional cup sifted 10x sugar until frosting is good spreading consistency.
Beat in several drops of food coloring to tint, if you wish.
Makes about 3/4 cup.
