Butter Crumb Cake
Butter Crumb Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. flour, 1 c. sugar, 1 egg, 1/2 tsp. vanilla and 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Sift together the flour, baking powder and sugar.
Combine butter with dry ingredients, crumbling with fingertips.
Take off 3/4 cup of mixture for crumbs for top, then add well beaten egg, milk and vanilla gradually.
Stir thoroughly.
Pour into well-buttered loaf pan.
Add crumbs to top and sprinkle cinnamon over crumbs.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
