Butter Cookies
Butter Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. butter, 1/3 c. sugar, 1 egg, 3/4 c. flour and 1/2 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Preheat oven to 345Β°.
Cream butter and sugar.
Mix in egg, slightly beaten.
Sift flour and salt and combine with egg mixture; add vanilla and mix until batter is smooth.
Drop batter by teaspoonfuls onto greased and floured cookie sheets leaving space between cookies.
Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until edges turn brown.
Makes about 2 dozen cookies.
