Cream the butter and sugar by hand.
Add 1 egg at a time, and cream.
Add baking powder, vanilla and salt.
Add flour, 1 cup at a time.
Use cookie dispenser or drop from teaspoon onto cookie sheet.
Bake 12 to 15 minutes in a 375Β° oven.
