Grease flour 9 x 13-inch pan.
Make a crust of the cake mix, margarine and 1 in pan.
Combine cream cheese, 2 and sugar with a mixer.
Mix until smooth and pour over crust.
Bake at 325Β° for 40 minutes.
Sprinkle with confectioners sugar after baking.
Cut into squares.
