Butter Cheese Cake
Butter Cheese Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 box white butter cake mix, 1 stick margarine, softened, 2 eggs, 1 c. pecans, chopped and 1 (1 lb.) box powdered sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Preheat oven to 350°.
Mix with a spoon, cake mix, softened margarine, 2 eggs and 1 cup chopped pecans.
Batter will be thick. Pat mixture into a buttered, floured 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
Mix with mixer powdered sugar, 2 eggs and cream cheese.
Then pour over the mixture in pan and bake at 300° to 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Do not expect to test the doneness with a toothpick.
