Butch's Taffy
Butch'S Taffy is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. sugar, 1/2 c. water, 1/2 c. syrup, 2 tbsp. butter and 1 1/2 tbsp. vinegar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Put sugar, water, syrup and vinegar in pan and stir constantly until comes to a boil.
Then add cream of tartar.
Cook until it forms a hard ball in cold water - a brittle test.
Add butter and pinch of baking soda and flavoring just before taffy is done.
