Busy Day Roast is an easy dinner. Made with 1 roast, 1 pkg. lipton onion soup mix and 1 can cream soup (mushroom, chicken or celery, whatever you like), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Place roast (an inexpensive cut works great) in heavy-duty aluminum foil.
Sprinkle the soup mix on top.
Top that with the can of cream soup.
Completely wrap in the foil.
Cook in a 300Β° oven for 6 to 8 hours, depending on the size of the roast.
The meat is unbelievably tender and it makes its own gravy!
