Busy Day Casserole
Busy Day Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef, 1 c. onion, chopped, 2 t. plus 1/2 c. butter, 2 c. sour cream and 8 oz. cheddar cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Brown meat and onion in the 2 tablespoons butter.
In saucepan, melt 1/2 cup butter.
Stir in sour cream and soup until blended.
Place meat mixture and soup mixture in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Add carrots and then potatoes.
Top with cheese and then the corn flakes.
Sprinkle on paprika and parsley to taste.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
