Busy-Day Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. round steak, cut in bite-size pieces, 1/2 c. cooking sherry, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 can cream of celery soup and 1/2 pkg. dry onion soup mix, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix soups with sherry and onion soup mix and pour over meat. Bake 3 hours in 300Β° oven in a covered casserole.
