Busy Day Casserole
Busy Day Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground chuck, 1 c. chopped onion, 3 small potatoes, sliced, 1/4 tsp. salt and 3/4 c. cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Ground chuck in baking dish.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Sprinkle finely chopped onion on top of meat. Place layers thinly sliced potatoes on top of onions. Sprinkle over potatoes.
On top of this, place grated cheese, pork and beans and tomato soup, in order given. Cover tightly
Bake at 350Β° for 1 1/2 hours.
